Could you please make the straps of your convertible bras easier to loosen. I’m a bra fitter, and as much as I love doing this because it makes people happy, I was in absolute agony today trying to extend a strap for a customer. We both struggled to loosen it (style BE020), and she ended up asking her poor husband to give it a try. We finally managed to loosen one strap in the end to make a halter neck. I have trouble with my joints. Thanks.
